After all these years experimenting with handcuffs I am quite used to the Irish 8 and I love them, because they hold the wrists closer together than any other cuffs! It is so amazing to see how surprised Zara is and how awkward her movements are when putting them on. Also, why not be mean and challenge her already to escape them!? Maybe she will get super good, I need to practice!

During Christmas I was joined by the lovely Zara. It was a little bit confusing for her, with all the cuffs and the video recording. I did not properly introduce her in that update, so here she is! Zara! She is from yet another country (Chrissy from the UK, I’m from Mexico, Hannah is from Holland), can you guess where Zara is from!?
Good morning Hannah! I rushed in to put her in a scorpion position when she was barely awake! Haha, okay maybe that was a little bit mean, but look at her flexible back! I just want to cuff her in impossible positions all the time! She is amazing :D
Hannah and I go to school and use the blackboard to make a list of the sort of cuffs we know and even brainstorm about a new sort of handcuffs. If you could invent some handcuffs, what would they look like?
Chrissy told me these Chinese handcuffs are very rare! And she has two pairs of them! Me and Hannah try them, to see if we can escape. The problem is, these cuffs are so long, you can’t reach the keyhole with your other hand. It is very awkward! Which is great, we love awkward handcuffs!
Time to show Hannah the difference between chain and hinged handcuffs! Hannah is struggling to figure it out, you can see it on her confused face but she learns something new every time. Hinged cuffs are a lot harder to escape, especially with the keyholes on the wrong side!
Sometimes we just leave the webcam thing running and it will record some silly stuff. Like the time we ordered pizzas when we were neck cuffed together. It is fun to be neck cuffed to someone! Make sure you don’t do any sudden movements. If you forget about the neck cuff and you get up to go to the kitchen for example… lol :)
I wanted to show Hannah the difference between some of the handcuffs, particularly the distance between the wrists. The shorter the distance, the harder it is to escape. So I went from chain cuffs to hinged cuffs to the Irish 8, to show her each type of restraint. It all went very well, until we bent the key to the Irish 8 and I was stuck in them!!!
Hannah and me are going to try the classic neck cuff escape challenge. We attach a long chain to our neck cuffs, looped behind the radiator on the wall. The key is all the way by the fire place!!! In order to get the key, one of us needs to reach it with her toes while the other one gets as close to the wall as possible. But even then we can not seem to reach it. Are we in trouble? Or will we make it?
I wanted to introduce Hannah to the waist chains, but Chrissy isn’t here and I still have to learn how to use all these cuffs properly. We figured it out, but I made Hannah’s chain too loose. She is very flexible and loves to escape, so next time I need to make it a lot tighter if I want to spend some more time with her in waist chains! It will be fun, I love spending time in these, they are so comfortable!
Hi everyone, it’s Anahí here. Since Chrissy decided to stop, I wanted to find a new friend to do challenges with. And I know just the perfect girl for this: my friend Hannah! I invited her over to try handcuffs for the first time in her life. She was very curious, but since she is inexperienced she made them quite tight :) She tries to explain how it makes her feel. It is so much fun to see someone try cuffs for the first time! I knew she would like it, she didn’t want to take them off haha :)
When doing home videos, it is always good to have a friend around to help you escape, in case you really get stuck. We did not really think this one through though, because me and Anahí just started cuffing ourselves to the bed with lots of cuffs, when we realised the key was too far away. It was a really close one, we barely escaped (and it hurt)! A good lesson: if you have a friend over for safety, maybe it is not such a good idea to both get cuffed!
A lot of people have asked what manacles we are wearing in last week’s clip. I realised I never showed you the video from when I ordered them. We both have a pair of personal custom made cuffs. But from different manufacturers. It is not cheap to have them made, but it is definitely worth having manacles in your size! Go for broad cuffs, so you can struggle and wriggle without hurting yourself. Heavy cuffs are the best, don’t go for cheap cuffs, because you will have to order better ones later anyway, so it is best to spend some money on good ones.
Remember I cuffed myself to a wall a few weeks ago? Well, me and Anahi decided to take it one step further. Maybe one step too far… we were manacled to the wall this time, with heavy cuffs, hands well above our heads. We couldn’t escape and we were stuck there for a long time. Our hands went cold and tingly and we got very sore muscles from this. Again, don’t try this at home!
Oh my god, I can’t even look at my old videos. Look at my hair!! This video was never published, I think I got a pair of handcuffs from http://www.steelbound.co.uk to review, they were slightly big, but I couldn’t get out of them. They have leather lining and a padlock locking. The chain is attached to it, so there is no way of making the chain shorter (which I would have liked). They are nice and heavy and I slept with them for weeks after receiving them! Haha!
Anahí is (as always) my willing victim to perform this extreme position demonstration. Do not try this at home! She is elbow cuffed and handcuffed, and I try to pull her arms up with a rope. This is an old torture technique, and you have to be very careful doing this! I will show you the difference between pulling her up by her wrist cuffs and by her elbow cuffs. Interesting!
How about this challenge! I am cuffed to the wall with two pairs of HINGED cuffs. It is impossible to escape, right? Because I can not even twist my wrists, and there is no way I can reach the other hand with my fingers. Well, of course, I will show you how I escape from this. It is VERY hard, do not try this at home if you are alone. You will need someone to rescue you in case you fail!
I thought it would be fun to lock myself in the Irish 8 in a different way and see if this is easier or harder to escape. Wrists crossed, palms out! You know I love challenges guys, have you tried the Irish 8 this way? Looking forward to your comments.
Lol, I found another video from many years ago, it was never published before. Look at my hair, it is insane!! Can’t believe I looked like that. Anyway, a fan sent me a pair of super long, flat Chinese handcuffs, which are awesome for escape challenges. I still have them today. These cuffs are so long, you can’t reach the keyhole with your other hand! Very hard to escape!
Straitjackets! Very popular member request, so here we are strapped in those frustrating canvas things again! To make it even more frustrating, we are neck cuffed together, so we can not struggle too hard. Getting out of a straitjacket is nearly impossible, but when you are together with a friend it’s possible! Let’s hope we can get out so we can finally get those neck cuffs off!
